Vi publicerar här nedan en uppdatering och en specificering över vad som händer i Queensland, Australien och vad de nya ”Bikie-laws” där under egentligen innebär.
För er som inte förstår eller klarar engelska särskilt bra så listar vi några av de värsta sakerna i denna fasansfull förföljelse som vi inte trodde var möjlig skulle kunna äga rum under 2013. Det är helt osannolika lagar som stiftats och det värsta i saken är att kan det hända där så kan det också hända här! Ingen är immun och inget land är vaccinerat mot denna folkförföljelse!
– Det är upp till dig/er att bevisa att klubben inte existerar i syfte att begå brott. Så kallad omvände bevisbörda.
– Oavsett straffpåföljd läggs ytterligare 15 års fängelsestraff på domen såsom medlem i de 26 klubbarna.
– Utöver ovanstående 15-års straffpåslag läggs ytterligare 10 år på domen om du har en styrelsepost inom klubben om du inte anger dina klubbröder. Du kan alltså få 25 års fängelse utöver den straffpåföljd du riskerade för det ursprunliga brottet.
– Säkerhetsföretag, gym och begagnade bilfirmor kommer att åläggas samma förbud för bikers att arbeta inom eller driva.
– Det är olagligt för tre personer från samma klubb att vistas på samma plats.
– Även en jurist eller advokat som vistas tillsammans med sina klienter begår, enligt ovanstående, därigenom ett lagbrott.
– Anger du på dina klubbröder så kan du undslippa den obligatoriska delen av den ytterligare 15-års straffpåslaget.
– Klubbmedlemmar ska också avtjäna sitt fängelsestraff i ett speciellt bikerfängelse där de ska vistas i sin cell 23 timmar om dygnet och där förbud råder mot att använda gymutrustning och att se på TV.
Expert’s warning on new laws
Workplaces, sporting associations and even book clubs could be considered criminal organisations under the tough new laws.
Queensland Law Society president Annette Bradfield says the legislation is so broad it could apply to virtually any type of club or organisation.
”It is up to you to prove that that association or club doesn’t exist to commit offences
If you can’t do that and you are found guilty of certain offences, such as wounding, then regardless of the sentence imposed by the court a mandatory 15-year term of imprisonment will apply.”
He said security, gym and second-hand car industries would be subject to the same requirements for ”fit and proper” employees as tattoo parlours are under the latest legislation.
”If there are criminal motorcycle gang members profiteering, promoting, working, associating, a propertier of these other businesses than we will crush them too.”
Originally, the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisation Disruption) Amendment Bill 2013 stated it was illegal for three people who took ”part in the affairs of the organisation in any other way” to be together in public.
Under this definition, a lawyer and solicitor attending court with their bikie client would be automatically breaking the law.
Rat on a mate or go to jail
Members of 26 bikie gangs declared criminal organisations in Queensland face being locked up in maximum security jails for a minimum of 15-years unless they rat on associates.
Legislation introduced to State Parliament yesterday will make it almost impossible for outlaw motorcycle gangs to exist in Queensland with jail terms applying for riding in groups or even wearing club colours to a hotel.
More serious offences such as drug possession, trafficking, dangerous driving or assault will carry additional mandatory sentences of 15-years, plus an extra ten for office-bearers, unless the gang member becomes a police informant.
”The only way that people will not have these tough mandatory sentences applicable to them is if they come up with information that leads to the arrest or prosecution of others within these criminal organisations,” said Mr Bleijie.
The laws not only list 26 groups to be declared criminal organisations but the addresses of their headquarters – which will become off limits to members.
”The mandatory extra terms of imprisonment can amount to an extra 25 years on top of the offence that brings you to court in the first place.
THEY are the bikie haunts in your backyard
The Government has listed the locations of 40 clubhouses from the Gold Coast to Townsville, from which bikies will be banned under tough laws introduced this week.
Club members will also serve their time in a bikie-only prison where they will be confined to their cell for 23 hours a day and banned from using gym equipment or watching television.
